Seasonal update from the Partners

Dear patients,

As the festive season approaches, we would like to thank you for being part of our practice community and for your continued support. We hope you and your loved ones have a joyful Christmas and a New Year.

Please note that due to reduced staffing levels over the holidays, our online consultation platform will be closed during the weeks of 23rd and 30th December. If you have a health concern that cannot wait, you can call the surgery or visit reception for assistance. We kindly ask that routine queries wait until after 6th January, when the platform will reopen on our website.

For repeat prescriptions, and to have quick and easy access to your health records, we encourage you to use the NHS App.

You can find more information and support for using the app here: NHS App Help and Support

Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a safe and peaceful holiday season.

Best wishes,
The GP Partners and Team

Pre-Diabetic Group clinic

We are excited to share the fantastic news: three ladies who participated in Diabetic Prevention group are no longer pre-diabetic! It shows that with education, lifestyle changes, and ongoing support, significant progress is possible. Nicolette organized a walk with patients in the beautiful, sunny Peckham Park.

The group program has been completed; the group participants will now be supported by Healthier You Diabetes Prevention Programme.

We are sad to announce that Nicolette has to leave the position of Health and Wellbeing coach due to family relocation. We hope to introduce a new member of the team very soon.

Registration of new patients

We are using a new online service to register new patients.

New patients just need to fill in an online form to get started. They do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number.

The service is designed and run by the NHS. It aims to cut practices’ workloads and make GP registration easier for the public.

Paper forms are available for people who need them.

See our registrations page for details

Dear Valued Patients,

I want to use this medium to take a moment to express our gratitude for the trust you place in us to care for you, as we celebrate this joyous season.

May this Christmas bring you joy, warmth and peace.

Wishing you a healthy and happy holiday season!!!

Warmest wishes,
Enakome Oveh
